Common sleeping positions

In order to maximize on your potential sleep, have a good night and even better day the following day there are a number of things you can do to increase your rest.
There are a number of recommended sleeping positions you can adopt in order to increase you blood circulation and your comfort.  This prevents stiffness and aches and pains, and prepares you for the next day.
If you frequently experience aches and pains simply changing your sleeping position can make a great difference.
Sleeping on your side can be incredibly comfortable, especially with your legs drawn up near your chest.  Always ensure that your neck and spine are aligned.   Lying with a pillow in between your legs can also help.  Sleeping on your right side is most beneficial to your stomach, liver and lungs.  Sleeping on your side can also help spinal stenosis, and other spine and hip problems.
Sleeping on your back can also really help.  You can place a pillow beneath your knees to help with the curve of your spine, this helps with your internal organs and resting them.
Another position is to sleep on your abdomen, and minimize the strain by tucking a pillow under your pelvis, and either a pillow under your head or without one is fine.
There are an abundance of high quality pillows, mattresses, recliners that can help you have a good sleep.  Investing in these is worthwhile and will really help
